Opisana sta metoda pridobivanja ultrakratkih laserskih sunkov in teoreti\u010dno ozadje njihove interakcije z obdelovanim materialom. Nadalje je obravnavan postopek izdelave senzorjev, ki uporabljajo odprto mikrocelico, izdelano iz steklene kapilare na obdelovalnem sistemu. Podani so spektralni odzivi izdelanih senzorjev in rezultati meritev njihovih mehanskih lastnosti. Predstavljeni so mikrofluidni kanali, mikrovijaki in mikroresonatorji, ki so bili izdelani na vrhu opti\u010dnega vlakna. Prav tako smo opozorili na zmo\u017enost vpisovanja zrcal v jedro opti\u010dnega vlakna s fs laserjem s povzro\u010danjem lokalne spremembe lomnega koli\u010dnika. Izmerjene so bile opti\u010dne in mehanske lastnosti vpisanih zrcal pri razli\u010dnih energijah ultrakratkih sunkov in pri razli\u010dnih konfiguracijah zrcal. System was built around an already existing fs laser system. Thesis describes an ultrashort pulse generation method and the theoretical background of ultrashort pulse and material intercation. A procedure for sensor manufacturing is presented. Sensor's spectral responses and mechanical propreties are presented. The fabrication of microfluidic channels, microscrews and microresonators on the tip of the optical fiber is described. The thesis also incorporates in-fiber mirror fabrication with ultrashort laser pulses inducing local refractive index changes. Mirror inscription took place at different pulse energy levels and in different configurations of mirror allignment. Optical and mechanical propreties of the inscribed mirrors were measured.
