Zasnova temelji na pojavu ugasnitve luminescence. Predstavljena je zasnova in izdelava, mikrofluidnega preto\u010dnega opti\u010dnega senzorskega sistema. Sistem omogo\u010da izvajanje meritev na majhnih pretokih teko\u010dine, tako za meritev zadostujejo majhne koli\u010dine vzorca. Opisana je zasnova analognega elektronskega vezja, za merjenje kratkih \u017eivljenjskih \u010dasov luminiscen\u010dnih regentov. Sensor is based on luminescence quenching phenomena. We present a detailed design, and manufacturing procedure of microfluidic flow sensor system. System can perform measurements on low flows of sample, so it can perform measurement on small volume of liquid. There is also described designing analogue electronic circuit, for measuring short lifetimes of reagent.
